Terms of Service
Commissions must be paid up front before the project starts. Split payments are possible if communicated through the request form.
My work will not be used as data for any AI system or NFTs. If noticed, the client will be blacklisted from my commissions, and I will publicly post about it.
As I created the work, I retain the rights to use it for display and promotions. The client cannot edit, own, or profit from my artwork. If there is commercial work wanted, there will be additional terms (including an increase in cost) and a possible contract for it.
If the project cannot be completed, a refund will be issued. If the project is canceled by the client, there will be a 50% refund if issued after sketches have been completed.
The client can speak to me through Vgen/twitter/email.
